- Possess experience and education in the chosen occupation for application
- Evidence of lawful status
- The offer of employment has to fulfill the standards for employment as specified by the Government of Alberta

- The offer of the job has to be included under NOC Skill Level 0, B, or A
- The offer of employment needs to have an authentic LMIA - Labor Market Impact Assessment

You can submit an application for the Alberta Immigrant Nominee Program in two diverse methods:
Method 1

Step 3: Provide the required documents
Step 4: The application is included in the pool of Express Entry candidates
Step 5: The AINP will now assess the profiles in the pool of Express Entry candidates
Step 6: You can receive the Notification of Interest – NOI from Alberta
Step 7: You have to file the full application by the specified deadline after receiving the NO
Step 8: The notification will be shared with you online through the Express Entry portal
Step 9: You have to then endorse the nomination from Alberta province
Step 10: 600 Extra points will be added to your CRS score after you accept the nomination
Step 11: You have to now file the Expression of Interest - EOI
Step 12: Candidates are chosen from the draw held under Express Entry
Step 13: Invitation to Apply or ITA is then offered
